As expected the new Sinde Act and the Senate is on track for approval, this time with the Popular Group support and CiU. According to information leaked on ElPais only two changes: a commitment to modify the regulation of digital canon in the next 3 months (without specifying that amendment) and a judge's initial intervention in order to apply the data of the owner of the website close.
The bulk of the law however does not change, continuing the commission of the Ministry of Culture (Section II) with the power to decide which websites violate intellectual property rights, without making any judge that decision. When they were all agreed, we might think that there is nothing to do but also took for granted the approval in Congress and mobilizing the network prevented.
